I was elated yesterday when the scales were down. Now up two pounds. 😖 I'll keep on keepin on.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week

Water and bowel movements can hive you that much change unfortunately. 🤷🏻‍♀️It’s one of the reasons some people are so ritualistic about how and when they weigh. 💁🏻‍♀️And it’s why I normally don’t bother unless I’m on the doctor’s scale or it’s been a long time. I keep most of my clothes on as well. I’m more interested in how I feel and how my clothes fit and how much energy I have. 🙋🏻

Well, I'm finally drinking water. Very constipated. Working on that. Should I expect to retain water?

As long as your clothes still fit don't worry about it. You got the yo yo going on.
