Wow. There'd the gain I was expecting yesterday. Could be all the salt on my hamburger patty. I was under my cal max of 1200 so if I keep there I have to lose. The biggest challenge is exercise - I pretty much don't. I'm turning 80 in a few days and my body definitely needs to move more. Usually when I concentrate on healthy eating I begin to do other healthy thing such as walking. Wish me luck. I need the support.

Good luck! 🙋🏻‍♀️Try to get some stretching in against a wall or holding a chair back, or laying down in your bed if nothing else. Every bit helps you move easier!🤷🏻‍♀️
