up .2. ugh! Frustrating...I guess I should feel grateful that I have not put on more. I have gone over on points this week...

I am now doing physical therapy on my neck a couple times per week. Hopefully I can establish some better exercise patterns along with it!
157.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Good luck this coming week. You will do fine, just remember to journal....that always helps me to write everything down. In a WW meeting I attended long ago, a lady said if you bite it, write it!!! I will be thinking of you : )

Everyone seems to be hitting a plateau right now. If you look back at your weight loss chart, it seems that your biggest weeks for a loss are the ones following a "diet followed poorly" week. Maybe you could try having a "free day" like in the Body for Life plan and see if it helps to shake up your metabolism. Good luck!
