Doing better still. Today I am trying to up my veggie consumption. I am just keeping a bunch of them on the counter. That helps me to remember to it them. Can't wait to see 139 again.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
