10 days of jail-break freedom is done over!!

Exactly 10 days ago I had thought I'd be ready for my sensible, no-dieting/healthy living plan to still lose weight, but eat moderately and exercise well. Incorporate all food groups, but count calories.

Well, that little experiment BOMBED!!

Here I am 10 days later, having totally abandoned any control or monitoring. I have had pizza, chinese, cheese, bread, some desserts, wine, nuts, popcorn...you name it!! And I have not worked out!!!

I need to get back on the wagon. I have now exactly a month and a half for my sister's wedding-related dress fitting, about 3 weeks for my professional shoot for a work-photo, and 1 month to a big event that I'm planning and coordinating at work, where close to a 500+ people are expected, and I'll be in the limelight, on the stage, giving speeches, and networking with all those people....I need to remember to make this month my best yet!!! In all past times, for big events, I'd end up gaining weight close to the event, and look worse instead of my best!! This time needs to be different!!

So new plan: BACK AGAIN ON TIGHT INDUCTION. BACK TO GYM--DAILY! Even if all I do there is a 30-min cardio and some weights. DAILY!!!!
I want to get down to 130 pounds by the end of April.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.8 lb a week

LOL! Nice post and good job at posting your weight honestly. You will have no problem at all in the long run 08, I'm convinced of that.
