i have failed myself several times this one time i want to give myself a whole year to get in shape, i want to loose 40 kilograms. Next year October the 3rd i want to check in here at 55 kg
209.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
