In my 30's my weight was in the 130s. In my 40's, my weight was in the 140's. In my 50's, it wants to be in the 150's and I'm having a terrible tome fighting it! I'm tired of this plateau! I don't eat junk but every time i have one or two things that are not "clean", my weight jumps up again. ARG!
