Wow. For the first time during my entire weight loss journey, I did not journal yesterday. I didn't weigh in either.

I was so besides myself, and I simply didn't think of it until late in the day, after having water all day, and several meals. I decided to simply skip it.

I'm still sick. Still not feeling well. I think it's the flu, and it's kicking my butt.

So, today I weighed in, I'm at 80.8 still. It's high - way too high for my liking, but it's okay. I really don't have the strength to do much, so I'll just have to do the best I can.

I hope I'm gonna be on top soon again. I miss being my usual normal me.

I was worried about you pal, glad to see you checked in. I have a bit of a cold too, and it is affecting my appetite also. Anyway, get well soon, and hang in there.

I knew there was something missing... But couldn't put my finger on what it was - no KingKeld journal. Do hope you feel better soon - I def think you need to get some vitamins. Maybe you are lacking in something, we all tend to eat the same type of foods, so maybe, miss out on an essential vitamin - can't do any harm x

Another thought.... You know when you have been really busy at work, and then go on holiday. I used to find I 'went down' with something, probably because I relaxed. Maybe, you have been building yourself up to your Docs appointment, now it's over and you have been - and reached your 'goal', you have 'relaxed' bodily and psychologically. Nothing you can do about it, but knowing what is going on, sometimes puts your mind at rest. I'd still get the vitamins and make sure all your food, is as healthy as it can be... No crap stuff, just fresh vitamin and mineral heavy stuff. X

Like everyone else, I was worried that you really got hit hard and decided to stay in bed all day. I'm glad that you checked in just to ease our minds. Take care of yourself.

Sorry you don't fell well - but this will pass. I think the best part of your post was your attitude - that despite being sick you were aware of your weight and didn't like it and "I miss being my usual normal me". I think you can safely say you have mastered your new eating lifestyle and your success will continue. Feel better.

I'm feeling better already. :) I will be back on top tomorrow, I think. I'm even hoping to get on my bike before work. Let's see how far I make it. :) Also, one step closer to my surgery. Details in tomorrow's journal. I hope I get up early enough to write one. Need my sleep. :)
