So, weight is inching back down. Hopefully it will be a touch lower tomorrow, then I will try REAL HARD to not gain weight over the weekend. Surprisingly, I didn't gain last weekend, and that was with a back injury that kept me from running. My hubby is down to 205, wowee!!! He may get below 200 lbs before we move after all. Our house's completion date is Oct. 25th, and we have a tentative closing date of Nov. 3rd. Meaning I also need to get busy with the weight loss - 6 lbs, can I do it by Nov. 3rd? Dunno, but I'll keep working on it. And speaking of "working," here is my new favorite workout t-shirt - AND my motto!
141.7 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tell your hubby that I am 205.6 as of this morning again and you want him to beat me to 200. Keep me posted. I need the motivation. I like the shirt!
