Down a little more. My ankles are still swollen so I believe I have that water retention thing going. I read some great advice on here--thank you. They seem to be improving.

My husband asked me as we drove down the last leg of our trip home today, "Are you going to be on this Keto thing for the rest of your life?? My reply, "Well, it is a lot like what you are doing with out the carbs." He has to stay gluten-free and yes, he eats things I will not eat. So far, this has not been an issue. I hope that doesn't change.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
