163.3 lb Lost so far: 20.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 17.5 lb a week

Dinner last night was pesto chicken with Feta cheese and olives omg so good clearly iy agreed with my body as shown by the breaking through what appeared to be a plateau. Other than the sauce calling out to be dipped in bread (I did not). I will make this recipe again for sure. If anyone wants this I can share
