The weight is not tumbling down even though I am following the Keto thing religiously. My stress level is way too high. We have a pressing on every side moment. My health is not improving fast either. Regardless, even with my feet swelling and obvious water-gain today I weigh less. We ate Mexican last night. I had a Fajita salad--beef with avocado, lettuce and some mushrooms. I only ate a few of the mushrooms and the avocado was four small slices. Nonetheless, the salt content was probably over the top.

I discovered, for me, it's not the salt. It's the carbs that cause my feet to swell. When i'm at 20 it takes a few days but the feet are perfect. Then i increase the carbs a little to see where my bad spot is. I increased to 30 then 40. 40 seems to be the max for me. (course when i want to lose faster i drop back down to 20! good luck.

Wow it is good you know that. I am positive that it is the salt. The carbs are super low.....way lower than 20 for me. I am trying to spark things. I am an old lady and that factors in plus the post cancer immune system seems to slow everything down.

Try a liver massage over your stomach in the morning for 30 seconds or so and make sure you are drinking 64 oz of water a day. No caffeine. Water. No flouride.
