Not losing much. Sticking to the Keto thing but retaining a lot of water --feet swollen etc.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you getting 64 oz of water a day Hon? And getting salt and electrolytes? It seems counterintuitive, but you need the salt and electrolytes and the correct minerals for your body to pee out the correct amount and lose the right amount of water. Especially in the heat. 🙋🏻And make sure you take your measurements and a before picture, so when you get frustrated by a slow moving scale you have non scale victories to look to!💁🏻
