Down a smidge, will post full stats later. Today I'm trying a new snack bar, 150 cals & 8 grams protein. Trying to keep the calories down. DH has dropped to 214 even this morning, but yesterday he was feeling some pain, and worries he may be developing gall stones. It's a side effect of the gastric sleeve surgery. He's lost about 50 lbs now, almost 20 pre-surgery and about 30 since the end of June. He's also walking like 2 miles a day. Really hope it's not gall stones....
141.2 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
