Iiiiiit's bloat time! And I still fit into my "skinny" clothes! Technically I have achieved my goal, although I'm going to continue tracking for maintenance, and passively aim for 120.

The point is I'm probably going to be even less active on this journal from now on, so I just want to say thank you to everyone who has given me advice or encouragement, even if you just tapped the little green heart at random one time. And to everyone, be patient with yourself, don't give up, and do try weightlifting if you possibly can. 😻
125.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
