Today I did my workout with weights. Wow, it was tough! It may be that I'm still weak from being sick. I haven't done weights for a week, but I don't believe I would get out of shape that quickly.





188.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

way to go on the workout..you might not be all the way up to par ...i wouldnt think being away a week would hurt..but i dont take that long off..usually only 2 days for me

After being sick, it takes time for our muscles to recover, too. They are weak to conserve energy to put it into your immune system to help you to heal as quickly as possible. Just get plenty of water and rest, and go back to working out slowly. Great job for jumping back to it, just go slow. :)
