Off for a weeks holidays, and off on a deload, but I have a plan. I'm okay with the weight. I know I'm on track with the calories. I've also got a routine going that should be boosting hgh levels. Travel day. 600 miles/ 1000 km.
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.6 lb a week
