Glory be - down a lb! Of course, I feel puny today, sore throat & chills so probably staying home from work & not doing much. Chicken soup & OJ day for me.
141.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
