Sorry not weighing in a long time, but when it came time to weigh in I was the same weight as I was the last time I weighed in so I waited for awhile. It sure has paid off I now weigh 290lbs. I think that is cool.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Daniel you are truly doing so great! I always look forward to your posts, good or bad, you are real and you are fighting the good fight. Whatever you are doing buddy, losing 50 pounds is a HUGE FABULOUS BRAG-ABOUT DEAL. Don't forget that! Very happy for you and proud for you! P.S. I love eating watermelon too. It fills you up without the calories. Keep up the fantastic work!

I hear ya Tori on the watermelon. LOL I read your post about your size changes you are doing so well for yourself also I losing sizes is big deal. I am almost down to a size 50" in the waist. I am trying a new way to stir fry my chicken today.
