Today has been a total win for me so far. Woke up so optimistic that any other day my blind optimism would make me sick but Ima go with it. My thought for today is treat every day like a Friday and you'll never have a Monday. I know I'm cheesey but I hope you guys feel empowered today cause it's the first day to start in the rest of your life ;) you got this! <3
326.0 lb Lost so far: 111.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Anna1011 it's totally okay to have days where you aren't 100% eating healthy my problem was okay I had cake today to that means today is a loss so let me have chocolate and soda and chips. Just cause you have cake or you have a celebration doesn't mean the entire day or days are a loss. I eat my cake but I make sure my other meals are super healthy to balance it out. I have a huge issue with indulging and it's a struggle for sure. But when you do have a good day please give yourself a pat on the back cause you deserve it :) you got this!

This is my second week just having a shake in the morning, just a ham and field peas, grapefruit, got some cherries for later. So I hope I don't eat to much tonight.

I look at one day, and if I'm over I try to average to be under the next to come out under my RDI on my monthly reports. When I'm recording everything!🤷🏻‍♀️But it's important to not give up and to continue to eat healthy. Cuz healthy is the key to keeping this up forever. I've been doing this for over two years and I eat a few more carbs then I used to, but the weight comes off slower too. LOL and I know it. But I put a great deal if fiber in my diet! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I must be 'cheesy' too! I love motivational sayings and have a whole list of them. Uplifting and to the point. I've never heard this one and will add it to my list! Thanks!
