Pain is a 4 or 5. Another hot week. Holding steady at 125ish. It's a good weight; if I don't actually get down to 120, I'll still feel okay about this.
125.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
