Hell yes! Went on vacation for a wedding and brought my weight loss shakes and skipped the cake and drank a lot of water! Awesome! Usually when I go on vacation I gain weight from fast food but this time I packed a cooler full of shakes and healthy snacks and since I was staying at someone else's house I did not have access to the junk food I crave so indirectly I had a strict diet!!!! So proud of myself! Five days of hard core diet without even thinking of it like that. F?€% yes!!!
326.6 lb Lost so far: 110.4 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! 🤷🏻‍♀️I've learned to pack my own as well! If you are prepared ahead of time and have a few meals that you know you can strip down and eat in an emergency at Taco Bell or Mac Donalds, no buns, no wraps just beans and the insides...water. You can get through it! 🙆🏻
