Paigesion's Journal, 14 June 2017

Officially starting my diet on Monday when I can get healthy groceries to replaced the sugar and carbs plaguing my fridge. Can't wait! In the meantime its a friends birthday so I'm eating the "light" option at Applebee's tonight (chicken caprese) with a side salad and tomato basil soup. Nervous for Monday to be really difficult, but also super excited!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
