I daren't even say how pleased I am, I almost did not dare believe I have dropped to 180lb's. It's only another 1lb drop but I seem to have a few weeks without a loss and now it's 2lb in two days. :0)
180.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
