Yippee! It does work to count those points and write it all down!
161.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week

Woo hoo! Keeping close track does work, it's hard to do, but really worth it, way to go!

Isn't it funny how that works?? Keeping track is usually the first thing I forget to do when things are going good, and then when things start falling apart I wonder why, until I start keeping track again and then it all works again. It's so much work to keep track of everything we're eating, but when it comes down to it, it has to be done in order to lose the weight. Great job!
