Well, I ate a lot more this week, yet I still managed to lose some weight. From Wednesday to Wednesday I lost 2 lbs. Right on target.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
