Don't remember the last time I was in the 180's but it feels good. I would be feeling even better about myself if my fiancé and I had not had an argument last night. Oh well, soon there will be a 17 as the first 2 numbers on the scale.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 55.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
