The battle has always been keeping weight loss and not bouncing back up in weight gain. "Old habits die hard" as they say. Maintaining goal but losing a few pounds, while learning what I should add back to daily food choices. Best to continue tracking foods and using FS app to assist with being "in control". What you don't control, controls you.... Thank the Lord for His strength and guidance! He remains ever Faithful!🙌
145.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
