all the drinkig has caught up with me still no sleep in over a week . finally eating again but all the wrong foods . cant be bothered to cook . try and get my head back into it now
217.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

You're having a tough time and understandably looking after yourself has gone off the rails a bit. You owe it to yourself to get back. Small steps in the right direction will soon add up and you'll find yourself losing again. Big hugs through the ether!

Reducing the booze should help with the sleep issue, try to be kind to yourself. X
