It's really a loss, since I went up to 161.8 over the weekend. But I was too ashamed to put down the gain. Guess I'm just playing mind games with myself.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 50.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
