Ahhhhh. It was a very satisfying weight work out today. There are just some days when weight lifting is good therapy.

187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Very true. There are days when I'm upset or frustrated and just need a good workout, it helps take away my anger!

Good for you!! I always feel better after working out. And my husband says I have been a lot less "bitchy" since I have been exercising regularly, and he's right!! I feel so much better!
