I must be holding on to some serious water weight, because I have kept my calories under 1600 a day and I am drinking tons of water. I started a fat burner from GNC on Friday and it gives me energy, but makes me hungry. I have been very disciplined despite the many hunger pains.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cut the Carbs and the cells will release the water

I think that both of those suggestion is accurate.

For me, 1600 is maintenance and I'm bigger than you are. I agree with both commenters: drop your calories and cut the carbs. That will get you losing again.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will definitely cut down the carbs and replace them with low calorie green veggies.

Add some healthy fats to stave off hunger.
