Back to what I was on Tuesday, so I won't complain. I'm only trying to look week to week as far as overall weight loss results, but the daily tracking helps to keep myself on target on this journey.
289.4 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I weigh myself every day too. But found that I'm better off only booking alternate days or I get too depressed.
