So Wednesday I messed up. I ate a big mac and fries because I my parents did not have any healthy food at their house. Yesterday I only ate trail mix and took Hydroxycut. Today I'm going to work out.
219.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
