Just happy that My cheat night weight came off on new years eve even though I drank 3 glasses of wine (from lunch to dinner). I drank a lot of water in evening so I don't think Im deyhydrated.

going on 25 mile bike ride this morning. had a bullet proof coffee, and going to make a low carb coconut milk smoothie for the ride. I am afraid I am going to get weak due to LCHF but I survived on this shake on a bike ride in LCHF before. My wife and I are going to draft everyone and sta in the back of the pack.
221.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
