Weight flat lined....I did not expect this, could be my body holding on to glycogen from Christmas...usually takes 48 hours for the body to let it go when carb delpleted and suddenly getting carbs.
Macros.1463 calories 60% Fat 7% net carb, 33% protein

Dissapointed..but today I am more or less fasting till dinner, with very small allowances of coconut milk (not artificial milk, real coconut milk) in my coffee.

Here goes...
223.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good job...sometimes it stalls even when we are on track. I think the fat is loosening up lol
