I've been doing the Atkins Induction for a few months, now. I'm doing great on losing inches, however, my waist & tummy feel like jello. Now, my dilema, I am recovering from a Stroke-im NOT able to do sit-ups or regular exercises. ..does anyone know an exercise I can do to tighten my core (my muscles became very weak from my 6 month Coma, from my stroke)I want so bad to tighten my
"flabby-lower" tummy up?!? HELP..
