One of the things I hate about trying to lose weight is the up and down nature of it. I think it's good to weigh in every day because it keeps me focused. But I can't help feeling discouraged when I register a small weight gain.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
