45 minutes on the stationary bike this morning. It killed me, and I wasn't pushing myself. I wish my knee would tolerate the elliptical stepper. Staying on the food plan. Seem to be moving in the right direction generally.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

you might have to find another way of gettin your workout in to give your knee a break...way to go on stayin on the food plan ..i see your graph is headed down..thats great...

Looks pretty good except for the knee. Hopefully that will improve.
