Had some hors d'ouevres at Sally/Bill Creech house with a welcome party for Francisco and family. Had a couple of glasses of white wine and 2 pices of spinach pie and two crackers with chicken salad. Then when I got home I was starving and fixed a salad. No blowout, but not a perfect day.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
