My monkey! Oh she is a monkey in many ways. She'll hang on to my back/shoulders/legs, in short anywhere on me she can find a grip. She loves to comb through my hair for as long as I'll let her. Then there is the climbing. I built her a loft bed (my own design and everything) so she could have a ladder to work with but at 4 she is more interested in jumping from her bed to mine, or hanging from the railing, or climbing from the top to my dresser! So yes, DD is my monkey :)

I'm pleased, no gain this morning. No loss either, but no gain is better than I was expecting. I'm back at work full days thru this week so hopefully my eating can get back on track since routine is key for me.

So I dyed my hair last night to a carmel brown from my highlighted blonde hair and nobody has said anything. I thought it was a pretty decent change but maybe it just looks too natural? I think it looks great and I did get prettied up for work today so whatever. I'm happy with it!

Looking your best gives you confidence and that will help you succeed in all aspects of your life. Loved your reference to your lil' monkey! I remember reading "No More Monkey's Jumping On The Bed" to our children. Now we have 6 almost 7 lil' monkeys (grandchildren) and recently one fell down the stairs and bumped his head. His head was okay, but he broke his collar bone. My daughter called frustrated that he was still trying to do somersaults when she wasn't looking! Just can't keep those lil' monkeys still! :) Enjoy your lil' monkey!!

Kids are the best. DD is a highlight to my life I'm so blessed to have. It always cracks me up when I'm watching TV alone and I auto stop on cartoons, or when she stays with my mom overnight and I don't do anything but go to bed early anyway, or how when I see a flock of birds in the grass I'm tempted to run after them because it would make her laugh...even when she's not there. I'm not sure what I'd do without her! She's one of my main motivations to do this WOE life long. I want to be there for her and enjoy every moment I'm given with her to the fullest.
