I keep bouncing back up and can't seem to keep these numbers to stay down... Also, I've found that when I start to cut out calories, I get serious chocolate cravings (and occasional ice cream ones). Not too sure what to do about these (I've been slowly getting rid of the chocolate I have, but it's gotten to the point that I've actually gone out to buy a bar! my rationale was that I biked to the store to get it, I can't keep fooling myself like that though). Frustrating.
