Good workout today on the stationary bicycle. Tough week ahead with a lot of busines meetings including lunches and dinners.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Thats my issue too, I have at least 3-4 business meals a week out or catered. You can do it though! Show them how much determination you have. If you can turn down unhealthy food thats right in front of you, you must be a determined business man too! See? Go get 'em!

You can do this! Look at each meal and approach it like a game that you not only want to, but CAN WIN! Each meal, look at your choices and slowly and methodically pick your food, and eat each and every bite like it is your last. Savor the flavor, the texture and put your fork down at each bite. Drink your water like you might not have any tomorrow! You CAN do this! Ask yourself, "Does this taste, as good as thin feels?" :) Go get 'em!
