Drinking Cranwater everyday and staying away from bread. A couple of times a week I may have a small portion of rice. I like boiled eggs so I've been sticking with that for breakfast, salad for lunch, and meat and vegie or salad for dinner. Made smaller portion sizes for dinner. I also have stayed away from the red wine, my favorite!!

Also, keeping up with the exercise.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week

Hello, What exactly is Cranwater? I'm following the Low Carb diet, and I really don't care for water, so always interested in alternatives. thanks in advance Christine

Cranwater is a staple of the Fat Flush Plan diet. It's 1oz of UNSWEETENED cranberry juice to 7oz of filtered water. Most Fat Flushers also add a bit of Stevia as a sweetner. A great way to rid your body of extra water.

I like it with no sweetener. I guess I'm lucky not to have a sweet tooth.
