So, here I am, back down to 146.5 lbs. One of the September goals is to get back to 146 lbs and stay there, so this is a good start. Also, re-checked the body fat this morning, the reading was 36.7%, so holding on to the fat loss - always a good thing!!!
146.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
