crabby Kat's Journal, 23 July 2016

Birthday celebration was the final straw. I have been trying to cut down on snacks & treats, but not succeeding too well.

I really want to lose 5 pounds, see how I feel, and maybe a pound or two more. I do not like the extra fat I'm carrying. I've gained inches, too, and no the good muscle kind. Well, maybe a little more muscle...but the extra belly is killing me.

I begin again....
