I made a lot of mistakes yesterday but I am going to let that go and start fresh today.
243.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good for you. 😀 To many people dwell on that then continue making poor choices. Everyone has moments of weakness. Stay positive and move on with your weight loss journey.

Today I am going to try yoga with my 8 year old daughter. She is worried that my legs are going to snap off since yoga is mostly on the floor. LOL I didn't realize I was that fragile.
