kicked off another attempt to lose weight. Been traveling out of town every week since first week in February and I found it hard to stick to a plan. Going to do cyclical ketogenic diet..eerr form of Carb nites except I will not pig out on junk food on carb nite. rather I will have clean carbs and maybe one treat. here goes.

Low carb works for me IF I can stick to it, which I haven't been able to do in the past. I can't have a "carb night" or anything like that if I want it to work. As soon as I start eating carbs...there's no going back. I just want to eat, eat, eat. :( I will have to really try though. Tired of being fat. How many carbs do you have a day?

My typical is 15-20 but mostly because my body doesn't tolerate higher.

I try to keep it under 30. If I add carbs I try to add things like bok choy or spinach as opposed to a simple carb.
