Wow. If I didn't know better, I'd be thinking this weight gain was for real. That's still up 5 pounds from my weight 2 days ago. Insane salt! Low cal, low carb day. It should short out within a couple of days. Calipers still agreeing with me.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Have you ever read on food intolerance & inflammation/water weight? Just throwing that out there...

I have read about the concept that for many starchy carbs give more of an allergic response than a calorie gain response. I had a lot of carbs two days ago and a fair amount of sugar and salt. I think it will clear.

If you have been eating salty foods that could do it. I ate lunch meats & sausages for 3 days camping,came back with visible swelling in my feet & ankles. Between Monday eve & Friday AM (kept legs elevated often and room OTC diuretic 2 times on different days) I dropped 9 pounds. So it may be water depending on what you ate or if you ate carbs. Just keep on...
