Yes, I've been trying... Trying to lose weight healthy... So I don't lose it drastically where it could harm my body. I've been eating little to none... Because that's what my mind is telling me. When I look in the mirror it seriously frightens me... I want to give up altogether for the fact that I'm just useless to society... And not beautiful in the eyes of society itself... I know I'll be more accepted if I could just get more thinner.. I need help to reach me there, right now I'm stuck in a root.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 18.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Try focusing on what you like about yourself (physical or not). Make an actual list with pen and paper to look at everyday. Post these positive phrases on your bathroom mirror and say them out loud every morning. Embrace the beauty of who you already are instead of worrying about what the world thinks of you.

If your profile picture is an accurate representation of what you currently weigh and look like, you should probably address whatever issues you have that aren't weight related.

Food tastes so good. Enjoy a nice meal, and tell yourself how many women would like to look like yourself. You are a beautiful lady. I have seen so many on here close to 200 pounds or more , that wish they could NOT be dragging around so much weight. Many men like plumper women. You know an easy way to get bigger breasts, PUT ON WEIGHT. Many here will tell you this. Skinny women don't look healthy!

Youre a beautiful woman. You should be proud of all you've accomplished. Don't give up on yourself. I don't see you as useless and im sure society doesn't either. Hang in there and remember you're a beautiful person

Skyelaps is that your selfie? You ARE beautiful!!!Beauty radiates from the inside and the world will see this inner beauty when you believe in yourself and your potential. There can be no sustained weight loss until you find a way to love yourself. Self Condemnation must be eradicated in order to reach your full potential in this life. Don't let society dictate to you what you should look like. The images we see in the media are photo chopped and airbrushed and are not attainable. I suggest you keep a journal with you and write down your feelings in the journal.There are self help work books out there like Geneen Roth's work book "WHY WEIGHT?". This workbook asks the introspective questions. I hope you can find peace, and feel better about yourself.

Thinner does not mean healthier. I was dating a perfectly proportioned girl who decided she wanted more and the result was not good. She was absolutely perfect and I knew it the second I saw her, but she didn't believe me. The person you see in the mirror only reflects your reality. Get opinions of people you trust to be honest.
